About Polka Dot Travel
Who are we?
Established in 2013, we flung open the doors to our very first high street travel store and since then we've grown to occupy 19 stores on the high street across North Wales, Shropshire, Mid Wales and Cheshire.
Not only will you find us in-store, but we also boast a UK based call centre filled with a diverse team of travel experts and a huge online presence managed by our unrivalled social media team. So whichever way you want to book your holiday, we're here for you.
We standout from the crowd with our handpicked staff members that have bags full of knowledge, outstanding customer service and an inspirational lust for globe trotting. Many of our customers love popping in to see their local team and when we say it's personal with us, it really is.
Although Polka Dot Travel has grown over the last 8 years, our core values of keeping it personal and intimate continues to shine through. Your holiday is treated just as if it was our own.
We're independent
That's right, as an established travel agency we have the freedom and choice to search over 300 holiday suppliers, so you don't have to.
We're all about choice, value and service, and we like to go above and beyond by matching any high street competitors. Found the same holiday but cheaper? Chat to us as we'll more than likely to be able to beat or match the price.
Book with complete peace of mind
Trust is so important when it comes to choosing who to book your next holiday with, after all it's something that we all work hard for and the last thing anyone wants is to worry about what's going to happen to your money once you have booked.
Firstly, we're fully ATOL and ABTA protected which means that should something go wrong, your holiday financially secured and your money is safe but at Polka Dot Travel, we go a step beyond this to ensure you're covered.
When you book a holiday with us, all of your money goes into something called a Trust Account. We deposit your money into the Trust Account which acts as a bank account designated to hold your money. Your money then remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed trustee (often a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor) until the time arrives for your balance to be paid.
Using a Trust Account means that in the event of a company’s financial failure, your money is safe, but also, as current events have shown, where a significant event occurs to debilitate an otherwise financially solvent company while it trades, your holiday monies will still be safe.
There's a holiday for that
Now you know a little more about what makes us tick, there's really no better time to start planning that next getaway.
Let's fly. Let's splash. Let's relax. Let's snorkel. Let's sip. Let's explore. Let's go with Polka Dot Travel.
